I spent the last week of the year in the beautiful central american country of Belize. I did 3 days of birding, and we saw a lot of birds! Not sure I can remember all of them. Check the pictures below. I stayed at the Crystal Paradise Resort, in the jungle. I highly recommend the resort, nice place, friendly people, good food, and great tour guides who know everything of the almost 600 bird species of Belize.
